This is episode 35

Meh, I'm still digesting everything I learned at IBS.

Some was useful, some was merely entertaining, some was downright ill and so was I.

My nose was running like "Ben Johnson" [ http://outside.away.com/outside/magazine/1298/9812ben.html ] with hemorrhoids. (If you don't know who Ben Johnson is/was, you are not a Canadian and/or not into athletic competition, or who Dr. Jamie Astaphan was. [He bred prize winin' goats on St Kitts, mon.])

But I leaned lots of stuff.
